I spent a few days in the Seattle area visiting my sister Jan and her husband Eric in Kirkland, cousin Liz in Duvall, high school friends Rob & Linda on Whidbey Island, and cousin Kris with her daughter Katie and grandson Dante in Seattle.

How nice you could stay at Jan and Eric’s while visiting. That was quite a variety of planes at the Flight Museum. It looks like you chose a good time to visit Bellevue Botanical Garden with so many things in bloom. When we went to Seattle in 2011 we brought our bikes and took a ride on part of the Burke-Gilman Trail. It was a very nice place to ride.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you saw many people and places at this stop. The bike ride you and Nancy refer to: is it all on off road trails or is some of it on streets? It looks like part of it must be on roads. It looks like you would have many beautiful views.
ReplyDeleteYes, lots of visiting in the Seattle area! The bike ride I did along the Burke-Gilman Trail was all on a multi-use paved path. Portions of the trail cross streets and driveways, and roads connect portions of the trail farther along towards its west end.
DeleteKen, Lots of great pics!!! So happy to have been able to see you a second time on your trip.
